Our Products

We have expertise in the manufacture of springs from round spring wire diameter ranging from 0.3 to 12 mm.

We use different materials ranging from Patented and Hard Drawn Spring Steel wire (IS 4454 part 1: 2001, Grades SM, DM, SH, DH), Stainless Spring Steel (AISI 302/ 304),
and Alloyed Spring Steel wire (IS 4454 Part 2: 2001 Grades FDSiCr, TDSiCr and VDSiCr) as per customer specifications.

Manufacturing Capabilities

  • Spring Coiling Machines: Both CNC and Auto Coilers, with 3 more CNC coilers planned for 2019-20, with capabilities ranging from 0.3 mm to 7 mm, in manufacturing various types of compression springs.
  • CNC Lathe for mandrel coiling of springs with wire dia up to 12 mm.

  • Torsion Spring Coilers

  • PLC coilers for coiling of Extension Springs

  • Shot Peening Machines

  • Spring end Grinders both CNC and regular, with grinding wheel sizes ranging from 220 dia to 600 dia.

  • A state of the art Chemical Blackening Plant for chemical blackening finish requirements.
