Manufacturing Facilities

We have the ability to manufacture a wide range of compression springs in various shapes as per customer requirements.

To cater to this need, we have coiling machines, both Auto and CNC, with capacity to manufacture springs from 0.4 mm wire dia to 7 mm. We also have a custom built 2 Axis CNC lathe coiler to cater to cold formed springs up to 10 mm wire diameter.

Equipped with torsion coilers and custom built PLC coilers, we are capable of manufacturing a wide variety of Extension as well as torsion springs.

With our in-house developed wire bending machines, we are equipped to cater to the many wire form requirements of our customers.

We have a wide range of calibrated inspection equipment to check Raw Material as well as finished products. We also have a custom built Fatigue testing machine equipped to fatigue test both compression and extension springs.

With our Shot peening set up, we are equipped to Shot peen a wide range of springs.

A state of the art Chemical Blackening Plant has enabled us to provide this finish to Compression springs as required. 

We are also equipped with Spring Design validation Software from the Institute of Spring Technology, UK to give the best support to our customers in their new product development endeavours.
